This concerns the RPGs hosted by WARRIOR2006, and everyone who has participated in them.

Personally I think it should be possible, if appropriate, for the gameleader to kill a character. It gets eventually boring if we all are invincible and can jump into the jaws of danger and count on getting simmed out. Of course it'd be annoying if someone would fall dead from a random arrow in the very beginning before anything has really happened, but jumping up and down before the enemy artillery battery is just to ask getting killed.

A dead character is dead, period. No long OOC debates about whether it was appropriate or not, that just complicates things. Obviously killed players would get to respawn as another character/champion elsewhere on the field of battle.

I'd say you could die as a character, but it shouldn't happen too often (we are all heroes here  :wink: ). But it should only happen if someone does something really stupid (like standing in front of a hellblaster) or faces an enemy hero (who is a better fighter than him).

If we as I hope implement this, I might be a bit more cautious about playing as Konrad. I might try out something else, like a steam tank driver.

Yes, but to everyone who counts.. Empire heros aint better than anyone else...

I personally think even Goblin heros are better....than empire heros..

LOL Defender thats it your dead lol Goblin hero's could be defeated by freakin Seargents of are regulaur units lol!  Guys i am starting the Lizards tonight we will have some deaths I fear and its all because of dirty Elves!

dangit i am gonna ruin my story but o well the dirty elves convinced the lizards that we attacked and slaughtered one of their settlements and stole and ancient artifact!  Really the high elves did it and planted signs that the Empire did it!

Okay question, how does this actually work? what dice/calculations work out if your unit of hero gets munched I've read a few threads and I can't work out how your doing the math.

It probably not calculated at all, this is a pure 'roleplay' game, not a 'rollplay' game  :wink:

Seriously, we just post our actions and let Warrior2006 decide the results of those actions.
