2 eggs over easy, multi grain croissant, dark roast coffee black. Hoping to have pancakes tomorrow.

Back to real breakfast this morning, after being too ill to eat yesterday ... eggs, toast, coffee black, raspberry yogurt.

Today so far ... raspberry shortbread cookie and pumpkin spice yogurt ... up next ... probably pancakes with real maple syrup and black coffee.

Coffee, shreddies and bagels with cream cheese and avacado. This has to be my favorite fruit in the last few years. Avacado is the unsung hero of fruits and it also gives an amazing amount of daily potassium for its size. Something I'm short of all the time for some reason

Wholemeal bread and cottage cheese, with small kefir. I'm drinking black tea. Surprisingly tasty, altough I'll need to introduce some mild spices to this mix.
