Hail all.

Another question for you daring empire generals.
All the talk about the use of VHS and bears anger in challenges reminded me of a question about challenges.

When a regiment charge another and the champions challenge. Do the other soldiers then fight eachother? Its not clearly stated in the rulebook. The book only says that no other models may attack the challenging models.

I would say that they fight but its just not totally clear.

Since it is close combat, the rules for close combat apply except for those altered by the "challenge"-rules. So yes, the other soldiers fight. They only wouldn't fight if it was explicitly stated that way.
