so in the breaks we could play a little soccer...great  :biggriin:

Hmm I am on the most southron part of germany but to get to belgium shouldn´t be such a great problem...I could also try to convince a couple of guys from my gaming group to join...as we wanted to visit nottingham sometime in the summer perhaps we could make the headquarter of games workshop to our base camp. We could ask the fellows from gw if they support us with tables miniatures and naked gals and we will deliver them a "real" campaign with "cool" battle reports and heroic deeds.

You should all add yourself to the Where are you map, so we actually could see where the most people are and we could centralize a little.

Right right right...
I cant believe i made a triple post.. .and thredomancied this thread.

But we have to get something together boys!

When is the best time of year for you guys? and where would you be able to drive to and play?

We first of all need to find out where this event is happening?
I think Lord_Soth's place is the most central place and could therefore be the best place.

No problem, I'll gladly organise something, provided there's enough interest.  Mid July ?

Guys, I just wanted to say that I'd love to come, but sadly I have not many resources at my disposal right now, and propably that won't change till after July. I wish everybody participating much fun and expect a full report of the event. Don't disappoint your fellow German generals!

I dont know how good mid july is for me. I have no means of transportation until i get a drivers license and car... except if i take the train, but i need some locations and stuff. It might be better for me to bring some friends.

If you're organising an event in Belgium, count me in (if I can come of course). Depends a little on the date, I'm afraid that I'll be in England till the 19th of July...

I'll have to negotiate with some people (not least of all the wife), but this is a feasible event in my book

the week of the 21st seems ideal, if not its going to have to be over a weekend....

Just added myself on the map.

I think I could actually find a bit of time in July, but since I life in the very south of Germany, transportation is quite an issue. If anybody is driving up there however, I'd be glad to join.
Quoted From Wyzer1: "Actually I believe most of the game is fairly well balanced, and I applaud GW for this awesome game. Thats why we pay $300++ for their models. That and we all have mental issues."

Okay I'll just edit the first post and the topic headline for something more fitting.
I'll also write down in he first post who is coming and who might be coming?

If we do this i Belgium we could maybe convince Midaski to come over... and The General perhaps  :icon_mrgreen:

Okay i found a train route from Denmark to Brussels for 143€ and i think that is doable. I just need a pickup from the station.

Now means of sleeping? how is that going to be worked out?
I'm probably going to stay for 5 days and some and the train ride is already flushing my wallet pretty much, so need cheap solutions :icon_eek:

I'm in the process of building a house. Should be ready by then, but constructors and delivery dates don't match well.

 Youth hostel an option ?

Because my current 2 bedroom appartment will house 5 people by then...

Who's the general? I hope it's me  :icon_mrgreen: Anyway, by then I should have an army (I mean complete) and I'll probably be able to convince my parents to let me go, they like it when I do thinks on my own etc.
