Thanks guys, I'm really happy with the planets.

A couple more angles of that space ship. I decided to paint it in a commercial paint scheme rather than make it military, though it's armed. The engine pods on the sides swivel for a VSTOL type effect.

Pretty much the first time I tried to do a bit of weathering damage using a bit of sponge. I like the randomness but in places the paint is a bit thick and it looks more like dirt than chipping? Something to mess around with some more.

Change of plan last month as I ended up just painting the 6 vehicles which leaves 27 figures to be painted this month. (final tractor still on hold)

Blooming heck it's December!

I should try and finish that Stone Giant thing, though to be honest I've rather lost interest. But if it's going to happen it needs to be this month, because in January OWAC starts and I haven't even chosen an army to do yet....

Wow, I love that ship, Shadespyre!

2020 is sliding into a frantic and stressful end for me. Not sure how/what I'll paint but it will be good to sit down and work on something to help relax and escape for a bit.

So I'm not going ro commit to painting anything specific. However, I've been enjoying painting robots lately. And it's The Most Wonderful Time of the Year, after all -- that's right, it's Deadcember. So this month Im going to aim to paint something dead or mor robots. Maybe a bit of both. But no strict goals.

I was so close to finishing my Novemeber goal, only needed one wash.

So my December goal will be finishing 4 Kharadron Dwarves, and working on 4 special Deathwatch marines.

My small contribution to the spirit of Deadcember is these three rebuilt and repaired old skeletons

LH Skeleton has plastic and greenstuff bracelets, hands and spear
Middle skeleton has a new right arm and weapon and a repaired knee. He once had a bow in his left hand, long gone.
RH Skeleton has a new forearm and weapon, an added shield and new feet - I did a better job of the feet than the original sculptor did on the skull, I think...

The stone giants project is largely untouched, I did paint some goats but that's it. I need to put the terrain aside and do some work on the models themselves to get this moving, I think.

January goals! It's all about the Old World Army Challenge, so my first goal will be to paint at least 10 miniatures for that.

Goal 1 - Paint 10 minis for the OWAC
Goal 2 - Paint a mini from the Stone Giant tribe

Looking very nice! I like that red on them. Contrasts nicely with the bones.

They turned out great!

I succeeded in painting undead for Deadcember.

My Deadcember summary: https://www.zerotwentythree.com/2020/12/deadceber-roll-call-end-of-2020.html

I also painted some robots as well.

And I survived the month. And the year. More or less intact. So I'm feeling OK about that.

Well I did it, I completed my goal AND a bit more. Finished up 9 Deathwatch (Including 5 of my special project), 4 Kharadron, 2 khorne blood warriors, and 2 poxwalker zombies. All finished on December 31st as I waited for New Years Eve.

I have paint on all 27 figures – enough to say they they are done.
