Hello everyone.  I'm rather new to the boards I just registered today.  I've been lurking about for a few weeks and finally decided to post.  I've seen so much information on state troops and trying to determine which load out is best for them.  I don't actually play Empire yet so I was interested in trying to figure out which one I thought was best.  Through the course of this I made a small Excel program to run the numbers.  I'm going to post it here in case anyone else is interested.  Simply you input the Weapon Skill of your unit the opponents, along with strengths of both and it calculates hits and then wounds.  I'm going to add an armor save portion just didn't have time to do it yet.  Hope some of you find this helpful and it's in the right board area.

I have been doing one as well This includes a. saves, ward saves and re-rolls of both to wound and to hit.
