Just completed a deal with a collector, to buy the Fighter and Halberd metal unreleased Hero Quest models.

In fact he confirmed on CCM Wiki, it was his images of his models which were shown,

Has any1 else got these models?

Guys, I note this mode has a divet on his back, where I would expect a standard or cloak or extra appendage to attach to.

I can't see what is supposed to fit onto him though?

Guys were the ''new models in town cryer 20'' eluded to,  the same as the later releases models, like the Novices,  shown in the link, or are there other unknown Sisters of Sigmar?

Does any1 have a copy of TC - 20?

Guys I have seen this model listed a few times over the years on e bay, usually as an empire fighter.

I have never been able to track him down in any online catalogue, Solegends/CCMwiki etc...

I thought he might be a Marauder , but can't find any listing, Chaos Thugs 87', no listing etc etc.

Please give me your thoughts?!

LOL, so I like to think I at least make a few people chuckle.

A bit like Charlie Runkle in Californication maybe, although i'm not bald and don't have a bent weener.

Anyway onto business,

Thinking 18'' bubble and blocks of 100 Halberds, I recon my picture shows, we can have 250 Halberds with Hatred, +9 Ld bubble, +1 to Hit and +6 Ward...

Then 350 under the BSB Bubble, and 100 left just with the Ld9 benefit.

It's a 450 Halberd meat machine!

Roughly = 3300 pts

I want to out horde the new Chaos in style at 5K!!! :icon_twisted:

It's the 3+ AS, 4++ against the 1st wound, Strength 6 Van H character hunter !

Boom ,

Roll in with 20 IC Knights and my AL,

Sniff out the enemy Lord, swap stats and nail him with my Ogre Blade ,

I think the Opal Amulet is under rated

Ok guys, so Marauders are now 6 pts base cost, and with any sensible build, shield + Marks etc will be 10/11 pts...

Time to show the Chaos Horde the real tide of men Empire can bring down!!

I'm thinking two blocks of 120 Halberds , backed up by twin Buff Wagons!

Hitting on 3+ and with Strength 4 attacks, 6+ Ward Saves all round,

It's 240 men (1440 points + FC = 1500) add 2 wagons = 250 = Total of 1750 eg ... 7.29 pts per man ....

Any enemy will find that hard to take down!

I feel like with our new book, we just shouldn't be losing any games.

If you stick to the sensible selections, DG Knights, buffed Halberds, HBVG's, Stanks, IC Knights and WP's, magic defence and maybe a TGM, then there is only one way to lose, bad dice rolling!

Just don't take Mortars, Crazies, wank swords, pistol petes, missile poops, wank alter and job done gents.

I'm never going to battle @ 3K + pts size, with less than two Stanks and 4 HBVG's with 4 Engy's , I've made the decision, both unit types over perform every game in their roles.

My list will then get filled with 25% core req, mostly Halberds , then add DG's ,

It's unbeatable

The Brush and Palette / Paint stripping getting me down

Gents, I've tried everything on offer in B & Q, the harshest paint strippers they offer ,

nothing really works very well,

you end up with a toothbrush trying to scrub off the paint,

even after 3 months in a pot, filled with stripper, shaken up every few days,

it still rarely does the job i want

any ideas if there is a stronger better product via ebay uk?

Guys and Gals,

There is no complete online reference for the CO2 Wizard range.

The best I can find is on CCM Wiki

It's missing loads of them!

The Admin guy won't answer my e mails, I don't know why...

All I did was ask him to upload a few of my images to add to his site ffs.

Is anyone in dialogue with CCM WIKI?

I have the grenade wizard for instance, which is blanked out.

Maybe we could use this thread to complete their image page ourselves?

Go to the link and find one of the empty boxes with a name or description on, and if you have that model, add the image and post here.

I can then collate all of them..

I'm gonna take 2 Luminarks and control the magic phase.

It's worth it in a larger game..
