Warhammer 40k Discussion / Re: 8th edition on route.

As good a place as any to ask this question. Has anyone heard any rumour or anything about a 40k app like Azyr?  I love that app and was thinking its time for a 40k version.

Edit: just noticed for the first time (!) there are no warscrolls equivalent per unit as there is in AoS. Guess that answers the question lol. Sorry bout that.

Well there was a rumor a while ago and I still believe it will come, but just paid service just like azyr but with out the free datasheets to preview like in AoS. That is my guess

yes indeed great job! Nice feel it emanates from the steam tank, it really belongs with the cult of flaggelants  :::cheers:::

Ever consider working for Ďeavy metal? These guys are flawless. Your right, the Ordinator is a great model. I hadnít heard of him before. Your colours are awesome and that face.  😺

Thanks for the compliment but I'm nowhere near 'eavy metal material, maybe the army painters of GW that produce the bulk stuff for the scenery's. But I would go bonkers painting that volume :)
The Ordinator is one of the 4 harbingers that came out for Malign Portents. And yes, pretty happy the face worked out in 1 go :)

Awesome stuff! I just love the colors as well. Your definitely the inspiration behind my own stormcast using green as a main color instead of the usual metallics.

Still the silverish metal as a main color though, but I do try to break it up more with the host color where I can. And being an inspiration is always a great compliment, thanks!

Thanks Artoban!

Well I got 2 more models ready to show off!  :biggriin:

As always more on my blog on my progress (no finshed T'au models this time)

A Knight-Vexillor.. he was almost finished earlier (battleready), but now he is totally done

And for something new.. and something I really loved doing (and quick to boot)
The new Lord-Ordinator

that's a big project! Good Luck, eager to see it rolling out to battle :)

last update on the aelves:

But more interstingly..
there has been a sighting about the Allies of the Daughters of Khaine.

So Idoneth Deepkin some kind of Aelves from the sea? But what about Kraith?

the kinerai

a bit like the Prosecutors of Stormcast but with nicer abilities

And then there are rumors surrounding this pic:

Ah yes true, but somehow in the jests about it I forgot it was AoS as we joked about it being a hidden announcement for T'au (fishpeople)

here is the post about it

It's the Ar-Ulric himself! Really nice find Artoban, I'd keep most of those minis. Most of them are really rare models.

Iíll have no choice but to do him justice. Iíll try not to speed thru 😺 itís a fault of mine. Anything I start, whether itís a project at work or hobby or damn near anything, all I want to do is finish it and get on with the next.

I hear you brother, that's why it's so hard for me to get anything done...

Nah it's not the ar-ulric... sorry

This is the ar-ulric (not mine, but got one)

these are the mounted an non-mounted priests of Ulric (earlier pcture is of the mounted one is mine in wrong color scheme)

and mine on foot with proper paint job

The figure is the mounted warrior priest of Ulric

Daughters of Khaine coming!

with Morathi as aelf and her true self!

and talk about more!

new units like the Melusai and the Khinerai

So where in Belgium is it? How far from amsterdam by car? 2 hrs 40 mins?

Sint Niklaas just south of Antwerp
Around 2 hours from schiphol airport (Amsterdams international airport)

Under a firm eye? You mean a hardend fist surely :)

This project is coming on great! Eager to see it during the eurobash :)

A small update on what is coming for a slow growth league where we start an army (or continue an existing army), where we start with about 500 points.

The Liberator with Grandhammer will join (replace one normal loadout Liberator) my 1st squad of Liberator (build from the starterset with all hammer/shield) and a Lord-Celestant to complete a Start Collecting set (with a full group of 5 Retributors instead of an underpowered group of 2)

More on my blog about this.

So keep an eye out on this space for more!
