I like the idea of interchangeable banners! Good job Ras!

I may have to steal borrow it.

My parents are watching our son as they can, and no, they still haven't found the cause of the anemia.

If I can "cheat" a bit and post some good news in this thread...

Good news is that her blood level went up a bit on it's own since yesterday.  (Still not normal yet, she is at 9, and needs to be at 15...she was discharged from the hospital with an 8.2.)

Wife went to a follow-up appointment, and they said that her heart is working triple the amount of a normal persons, because she doesn't have enough blood.  She is on strict rest now, and we don't know how we are going to function since I am the only one working, and now we need someone to take care of her and our son...

There's no way giving the iPad a spanking will work.

When all else fails, give it a spanking?  That is hilarious...the mental image alone of a crying iPad bent over someone's knee as they spank it, saying "How many times have I told you not to go red?!" is just funny to me.

Monday night I had to take my wife to the hospital because of severe anemia.  They admitted her, and after 2 days, numerous chest x-rays, her not sleeping, and me only sleeping for 2 hours, and five blood transfusions, and 12 bags of iron and IV fluid, she was discharged yesterday.  They did not make a determination as to why she was anemic in the first place, and don't know why she lost blood.  They thought maybe an ulcer, but were not sure.    She has a follow up appointment today.  Last night however, she woke up about 1:30am, with the same anemic symptoms, and thought she might need to go back to the hospital.  (Not an easy thing to do, especially with a 6-year old who has testing at school this week to determine where he will be placed next year, and who has a dentist appointment in the morning.)  She rested for a little while and said she felt a little better and went to sleep.

Still not sure why she is anemic.   :? :-(

Can't wait to see these done!  Perhaps I missed it, but what will they count as?  Demigriffs?

Pretty random unhappy thought...

Got a new boss at work, and she is flexing her power muscle.  Which makes life more difficult for me.  But, meh.

Ouch.  But games like those are what everyone remembers, and make for good conversation over a beer...  :::cheers:::

My car has no acceleration, and I changed the battery, still nothing.  Not to mention, while changing the battery, my key snapped in half (don't ask) and I didn't have a spare.  So I spent my gas money that was supposed to last me the next couple weeks on a new key.  But now the car isn't running right, and we don't have money to get it fixed, until payday next Friday.  So, the new problem is how am I going to get to work and back...if it wasn't 60 miles round trip, I would bike...

LOL 3 guys pulling a giant chariot with a 2 tonne golden eagle !!

But, it's hollow...

Perhaps it should be more like 6 flaggies, but other than that it's rockin!

Improbablity drive?  Are those still in use?  And here I thought everyone used the Trans-dimensional Aether inductor, that is if your Datascobe preliphery gateway is still supported... you know how the ITA (Interstellar Travel Association) is these days...

Thanks Sandor!  Will update the list later today! (After things slow down a little at work)

A Warrior Priest of Sigmar would almost certainly use a warhammer, since it is a holy symbol of their god, who used a warhammer when he was he was the first emperor.

So no, there isn't really a convention for all priests to use hammers

A warrior Priest of Myrmidia would likely use a spear for example, a warrior Priest of Manann would use a trident, Ulric an Axe, ect.

What about Taal?  A bow?

It's got a name, but with a bad temper and a breathweapon nobody dares to call it Fluffbunny Pinkstockings to its face.

What can I say, Marius Leitdorf got to name him when he was still an egg...

LOL   :eusa_clap:  Good 'ol Marius...

Didn't he call it "Pinky" for short?

they decided that the dragon won't be available any more from the imperial zoo

But it is still available.

Perhaps it's getting up in years, and "cranky", so KF perfers to ride Deathclaw.

Funny that his Griffon has a name, but yet, his dragon doesn't.  Was it ever mentioned?  The name "Deathclaw" is pretty epic, so what would the dragon's name be?  "Razorfang"?

There has been a size creep in the scale for a while, but nothing this blatant.  I do appreciate the sculpt, but couldn't they have kept it close in size to the 6th ed metal one?  8th ed seems to quickly becoming the way of the huge "minis".  (Perhaps it is so the kiddies/ seniors have an easier time painting them)  I think GW should start a new trend of high quality sculpts, and start to scale them down to true 25mm.  It would be cheaper to make, and then perhaps they could pass the savings on to us!  Charge more for smaller minis with excellent detail.   :closed-eyes:

The ridiculous thing is comparing it the new Deathclaw to a dragon - just how big, and how much will the next new Fantasy Dragon have to be.  :icon_exclaim:

Having worked plenty of other overnight jobs, I am guessing you will find you will still probably have some down time to paint.  But, you never know...

The new Empire book is out ...yay!

But, due to an overbearing wifey wife who keeps me "grounded" and allows me to see things realistically, a lawsuit, and kids, and a house that needs some repairs...I can't get the book or any new models.  :eusa_wall:

Bagpipes are always cool. I am surprised GW has never released one. Within the current line.

Fixed that for you!

True, it is a lot of money, but no, my company is a workforce management company.  I am an auditor directly under the CEO.  And I wouldn't have overtime if what drugs...I would however have a sweet ride, and a bigger house.   :biggriin:
