Anyone have experience with 'The Wizards Wall Shop' ?
« on: August 11, 2011, 12:44:40 AM »
Hi guys,

Does anyone have experience (good or bad) with 'The Wizards Wall Shop' ? I'm planning on picking up some new models, and thought I'd search around for better prices online. I've emailed them twice about prices and shipping, but they aren't responding to my emails... Makes me wonder how their customer service is.

I've never heard of them before.  The free shipping sounds good but I don't think I'd try them.

The site looks incomplete or under construction.  The 'contact us' page just brings up an email address no phone number or proper mailing address.

The only way to purchase their GW stuff is through email or phone and I can only find a gmail address, no a proper address to their domain which is kinda cheesy in my book.  I don't see a phone number listed anywhere on the site.

If you've already emailed them and they didn't respond and considering the only way to order GW stuff from them is through email, then I think that in itself answers your question about customer service or lack there of.

I hear the warstore.com is good for GW stuff.

Personally the only places I've purchased stuff online from so far are frpgames.com, Brookhursthoobies.com and Amazon.
