Hello all together,

I am happy to show you the first pictures of the 'Handrifle' for the 16th century in europe. It's made to go along with other ranges for the Landsknechts. The pictures show the so called 'Handbüchse' (engl. handrifle), which were used against warwagons, in sieges or in open battles.

The credit for the sculpts go to Paul Hicks for the excellent crew and to Paul Cook for the fantastic gun.

The gun will be avaible as soon as I got the castings from the caster- right at the moment we are doing the website for the company including the shop. Anyway, I am not sure about the price, but I think it will be about 6,95€ (about 6 pounds) for the gun + 2 crew, and 15€ for three guns and 6 crew.

The shocking thing is the rifles on the current plastic handgunners are almost as big as this one and the empire soldiers are lifting it without assistance.

If he's releasing a full range that aren't limited edition, I'm happy. Those figures look pretty good.

I'm just disappointed that the only way to get the looting guy was a limited ed. that was made too expensive by overseas postage. If I could have bundled it with a larger order of other figures, it would have been worthwhile.

Paul Hicks really is a great scupter. I cant wait to get my hands on his Ian Mckellen/Richard III 'Lord Circencester' figure for 'A Very BritishCivil War'.

I think he means because he's a bit smaller. It doesn't bother me as I have GW models from different editions that aren't all the same size either, but your mileage may vary.

Thanks! As you said, earlier editions were smaller (my Helblaster crewmen are downright midgets), so I'll give it a try.
