Guidelines to the Count's Tavern & Back Table

Welcome to the Count's Tavern.


NEW RULES - February 2010


Sometimes the Empire General needs to relax and take some time off from the constant day-to-day stress of waging our wars against the tide of beasts, vermin and shambling undead that constantly try to undermine our glorious Empire.

Within this Tavern our members are free to discuss other non-empire related topics.
 
The Tavern has a sub-forum - the Back Table - which has its own criteria described below.

We still expect the same general high standard of quality posting, and the same good behaviour, on both these boards.

Above all we expect members to be respectful of others with differing views or beliefs.

Any disrespect or abusive comments will result in harsh and severe Moderation.



Here are some suggestions and ideas of the sort of topics we consider appropriate for each board, which may be subject to change, dependent on usage and behaviour.

Topics for the main section of the Counts' Tavern:

[*]Chequers, you know, that other game set in the future ......
[*]General GW company news and discussion
[*]Wargames produced by companies other than GW
[*]Wargaming Culture and Humour
[*]Fantasy Literature   

Generally this is a board for hobby and gaming stuff not to do with the Empire.



Topics suitable for the Back Table child board:

[*]Discussions about hobbies or activities not related to Warhammer
            example: Cars, Music, Sports, Books
[*]Discussion of Movies or Television
[*]Jokes and Humour
[*]Personal announcements and news.

Finlay:
so basically, Counts tavern is about wargaming not specifically relevant to the Empire, and the back room is for everything else truly off topic.
