Topic: A 2000 points empire army, what to do about the last 200 points?

As my empire army is starting to grow, I am trying to make a base army to use in tournaments. This is what I have been thinking of so far, but I would be grateful for any help:

Characters:
Empire general, WH, Barding, Full plate, shield, sword of sigismund, holy relic....206 points
Warrior priest, Icon of magnus, AoMI, great weapon......................................144 points
Wizard, lvl 2, 2 scrolls.................................................................................140 points

Core:
1st battalion - "The Iron Cross regiment"
23 swordsmen, FC....................................................................................163 points
9 halberds................................................................................................ 45 points

2nd battalion - "52 Nuln infantry regiment"
24 swordsmen, FC....................................................................................169 points

(eventually one hellstorm battery, 115 points instead of both.)

Please do not make this into a can DOW be used or not, tread. I hope you may comment on the general appearance on my list, do you think any of the elements fullfill objectives that does not correspond with the rest of the army. Are there too much support, too far characters, what kind of tactics could be used (I was thinking something like the echelon line - tactic)

Most of all I want your comments on what to do with the last 200 points. Any ideas would be helpfull, as they help me see the big picture when constructing a list. If you also manage to present the role the last unit may fulfill in the army, then it would be even better

I hope you find my questions interesting and finds it worthwhile spending some time on giving me advices.

Well, I would drop  the level 2 on the wizard.

2 more vanilla knights unit, if you can find the points, get your pistoliers and light cav Musicians..

Consider giving shields to halberdiers, musicians to vanilla knights, dropping level on mage,
and giving War Banner to one of your blocks.
Then it is a matter of taste, I will buy enother infantry block (without shooting detachment).
