Full Plate Armour, Shield and Barded Warhorse.

LoL wow i feel retarded now. cause i play an army mainly of knights...and i thought they just had a 2+ armour save....so in reality they have a 1+ armour save?? Why do people arm their Generals with the Armour of Meteoric iron, if they already have a 1+ armour save?
