I've had a rather quiet period when it comes to warhammer, I've been painting a CD case (yes they are still made) anbd although I'm not allowed to display it yet I can do that as soon as it is released to the public

But this weekend a few of my friends decided to up the level of our local gaming club's scenery and we gathered for glue misuse and papercuts. We were hastily cut short, though when water started running down into our club as the intense rain outside flooded the inner yard of the block and that water suddenly broke through a door and started running down into the basement.
With an intense workout with buckets we managed to save most of the shelves of terrain and tables but the floor is ruined
Anyway, I did some work on a house and looted a war altar statue that I thought would make a good city centerpiece. I've always wanted one of those. Nothing speical with that, but today when I took my bike to the club I went past a suddely erupted flea market. Interested, I stopped and soon I found myself purchasing an ornate lamp for nothing at all. And with a say, some foamcore and glue, today I made this:

Still work in progress. If you have any suggestions on how to improve it, shout away!
And I can also post some vaguely warhammer-ish art I painted up when I puked on the CD case art. Took about an hour and I might even finish it later

It depicts one of my graphic novel characters, Lune - the trickester warrior god, battling a blood thirster. Random, but it looks nice
