Update for January 2012

GP ... 6 Perry Euro Mercs, convert a Ghazghkull figure
Delthos ... 13 6th edition Spearmen, 2 metal spearmen
Darknight ... Finish general figure & enter into painting competition, 4 lance Knights, finish converting 10 heavy-armor & pavaise crossbowmen
adso113 ... 11 crossbowmen, mortar crew
Novogord ... 1 Space marines captain
cjp ... 8 goblins, finish WIP empire wizard
Tiny ... Finish the 20 halberdiers
Hoodling ... swordsmen including 3 Ogre unit fillers, Helblaster, Celestial wizard

Well first I must buy the paints that dried since Ive been away so Ill keep the list short.

-paint Orc from the new DnD Chainmail game
-start wizard for painting competition

I also want to start a painting blog here to keep me motivated and improve my skill, just got to get my camera working.

I haven't completed anything on the list, so nothing needs to be bolded - but I wish to report I have made the pavaises for all ten Xbowmen, and have completed the figures' component assembly. I need to finish the greenstuffing of armor plates etc. onto them and then they will be done.

Well, I have completed the 3 Ogre unit fillers.

I have not yet started the other stuff, and am running out of time. Wasting valuable painting time over the weekend mass-producing terrain for a tournament didn't help matters (can't really put it in here because it was a team effort).

I'm working on a VC army at the moment (I started before I knew there was a new book coming out - I'm not just some modiste, I swear!), so mine are pretty much going to be VC-related.

Since I'm such an epically slow painter, mine for January are:

10 Skeletons (started in December)
10 Ghouls

Skeletons are done. Ghouls are basecoated.

I like this thread! It's a good way to keep up on my targets.

It's a bit late, but i'll set my challenge anyhow:)

Finish a minimum of two ranks of my Spearmen unit. That come to 12 models.
