Mordheim
« on: April 07, 2012, 05:57:09 PM »
I was looking at starting mordheim with some friends, but when I went to direct them to GW to get the rules PDFs I noticed it was gone...

When the hell did that happen.

Wow, that's silly, I cannot find it there either.  Maybe they realised that they won't make money giving rules away for free?  :engel:

I am sure there are enough copies on the internets though that you wouldn't have a problem finding them.

Some discussion, an apology (on Warseer?), no action--

I believe the Yahoo Mordheim group still has PDFs, plus several kind souls are offering them on Tom's.

If you have trouble finding them still, PM me. I still have the last living rule book before the site was taken down.

I have 3 pdfs - Rulebook Pt 1, Rulebook Pt 2 (Warbands) and Rulebook Pt 3 (Campaigns) and my files are dated 2009.

Not sure how they relate to the 'Living Rulebook' ?

I couldn't find them on the GW site either, but when I Googled I found pdf's hosted on GW's site. Seems legal. This one, for example http://www.games-workshop.com/MEDIA_CustomProductCatalog/m1330012_Mord_Rulebook_part_1_-_rules.pdf

Good find, Master of Google.  Perhaps a link to all three?

@Midaski--The Living Rulebook is what they called the revised online rule book when they were going to have yearly rules reviews.  I'm not sure who 'they' were.

I actually have all the PDFs GW had up... it was just disconcerting to find them no longer listed (necromunda still was though) when I went to point my friend at them.

Go and have fun, Mordheim is a really good game from a golden era of GW.
Most enjoyable.
