New 40k edition,

Hi guys,
I was snooping around other forums were I found the roumer that there be a new edition of 40k!! SupposeEly uyou have to bid for first turn, get shooting penalties if it's jet bikes,or it's run, and it's. Easier to hit tanks! There is also talk about strategms, we're you get 24 points and you spend them on the first turn and other really powerful stufff!
So what do you think, is it true?

I would not dismiss all of them. The new ed. is close and things seems about to change.

Ive read quite a lot on the topic myself, and it seems that GW originally claimed it was a hoax, however it then turns out that it was perhaps an initial draft of ideas they had/had copied from other game systems.
What would be nice would be a polishing of 5th edition, what I am afraid of is it turning into a cockup like 8th edition fantasy [to me anyway, I know plenty of people on here like it]. I suspect it will probably be somewhere between the two.
As long as they fix wound allocation exploitation and somehow can do something to make meltaguns slightly less auto kill on heavy tanks, then I will be fine with that.
