I will try to get a look at the place soon, 'case the joint' so to speak, and see whether we could up the numbers but that might be our maximum reached already.

Padre:
So who is fighting who, etc and what not?

Shall we arrange opponents beforehand or do a set points value and leave it to the day?
Should we say what armies we're using or leave it to the day?
Should we have any alliance games (2 v 2 or 1 v 2)?
Should we have a theme/story/linked games?
Should we allow Warhammer Empire Campaign lists, or stick to the official books?

And everything else we need to sort, if indeed we need to sort anything.

to throw a spanner into the works i should be able to attend.

Padre:
That should be workable, Fr1day. For a start, with 12 we're likely to get a drop out. And if not, then we'll just have to do an alliance game. I think I enjoy alliance games better than one-on-ones.

Oh, and of course, now that you've said you're coming ... Huzzah!

2500 points is best, I think. More than that takes too long.
