Just so we have time to prepare (should it prove necessary), some questions to resolve ...
Should we have a theme to the bash? Purely as an example: an evil alliance against the Empire, as if each table is a different location along the border? If we do have a theme, I reckon we ought to say what we are likely to bring to the bash and build a theme from there. Various things (scenarios and alliance games, etc, if we want them) can also be decided nearer to the date once we know stuff like how many Empire (and allied) players we have, and how many naughty races we have.
2500 points seems to be the currently favoured points value. Hopefully we can put as much painted stuff on as possible for that value (so that photos look good!)
Oh, and are we, considering the forum, going to allow the Warhammer Empire Campaign (EoW) lists, or stick to the official books?

I have still to check out the tables situation, but I cannot imagine it has changed much since two years ago, and we were 'good' then. I have four full size gaming cloths to go on the table and plenty of scenery for all. I can get more cloths if necessary.
I have yet to receive the booking forms they said they would send out, but date was written in their diary and I aim to visit this week to pick up the forms.

2500 points sounds good to me, even though I had just written a 3k list <shakes fist in anger>
But 2500 is easy to do, in fact I just fought a battle that size today and comprehensively stuffed some skaven :D

Down with the Skaven. I wouldn't touch them with a 10 foot barge pole (to mix two similar metaphors). Never. Not a one. I am Empire through and through without a furry bit on my body anywhere :icon_eek:.
We could always have some 3000 point games (easily) simply by arranging that several games will be so. I would enjoy a 3000er.
