Just after thoughts on this list, happy with the overall look of it and synergy just needs some fine tuning. Also not sold on lore for level 1 but think iceshard blizzard is a sweet spell for such a low casting cost.

Ok, are there a lot of ethereal troops in your meta and you seem to be giving your heroes lots of cheap magic weapons instead of letting them get their parry save. 
The engineer purely for the pigeon bombs is an interesting thing to try, let me know how it works out.

I had a game last tournament where my opponant had a unit of zombies with the enire first rank of his unit removed by ethereal wraiths, i think for 10 points it is a good way to avoid sitauations like this. I will let you know how the pigeoneer does on paper he looks quite handy.

Find a way to fit in a Lvl 4 with Lore of Metal in your army. Blades of Albin solves a lot of your Ethereal problems and Lvl 4 means that you can stop a bit more undead raising (which I assume takes place in armies that have Ethereal units.)
