It's a formation which brings 2 blocks of 100 Halberds, into the grind , centre of the board, advancing, with a Luminark and Celest in the centre between the blocks, and the Gen + BSB also protected inside the meat ...
Detachments on the flanks prevent loss of rank bonus from flanking chaff.
It grinds forward, 200 Halberds with Hatred , + 1 to Hit, 6 + Ward , Ld 9 re-rollable......
You can't get to the meat in the centre easily!

You could pump the detachments up to 50 it could be really good. Also I think it would welcome dwellers :)
