My next task is a unit of knigts. Just waiting on some white wolf sprues to arrive as I need the great weapons for them.
Ended up shelling out £22 for 4 great weapons. Ouch!
May paint up the horses while I wait though.
Can't decide to do the barding on the horse straight steel to save time. Or go with dark turquoise and gold the same as the Demigryphs. Thoughts?

Thanks, I'm particularly pleased with the Demigryphs. 5 more to paint though.

Yea, I should do really. Takes a while because the base coat is a mix of 2 turquoises.
I've been checking out your blog. The source lighting is really well done and the idea for the cannon is brilliant!
Not really familiar with any warhammer fluff though so not sure what morr is?

Morr is the god of death so opposed to anything to do with vampires/undead etc, anyway back to your stuff as this is your blog. Look forward to seeing what your knights look like

Thanks!
They're pre made resin bases from a site I found called http://www.tinyworlds.co.uk
I also got some resin movement trays, including pre cut sticky back magnetic sheet, and some magnets.
Really impressed with their quality and service, very much recommended.

Extra effort on the bases enhance any model imo. In the past I didn,t pay much attention the the bases but looking back it was a mistake. I may add some details to the bases once the army is complete such as rock, discarded weapons etc.

Look foreword to checking out your knights!

My next unit is knights, accompanied by a mounted WP (luthor huss model.

Other characters to come:
WP on foot in halberdiers
1 or 2 engineers
2nd Wizard (lore of metal as my main foe is WOC)
1 BSB on foot and 1 mounted so I have options.

Haven't got enough points for a witch hunter but I imagine I will paint one up once my 1st army list is complete.

They're built and ready to paint. Should be finished on Wed. Yea the Wizard is in the same box and yes there's a lot of options so that you can build 2 wizards that look pretty different.

I'll look out for the knights mate.

P.S. I wouldn't call me master, I'm a noob compared to a lot of people here.

About to spray and start painting this unit of White Wolves tonight.
For gaming purposes I wanted my knights to have great weapons and at the same time I was trying to pick a province that my army fitted into and Middenheim was the closest match. I know, its blue and white, not turquoise and white, but I'm justifying it by saying this particular warband chose a slightly green shade of blue as they're task is to patrol Drakwald forest and require extra camouflage (I've been reading the army book).

Progress is slowly being made. I thought I'd have the unit complete by now but it's taking longer than I anticipated. Got the Horses done, and they are ready to be ridden/sold to Tesco for burgers. The colours aren't very White Wolfy but Match my army nicely. The colours are a lot more bleached out than in real life and detail lost but I'll take better pictures when the unit's complete.
