Nothing else says "Worship your emperor!" quite like Abbé Roze's " Vivat, vivat in aeternum" at full blast!

In fact, the whole coronation march is amazing IMHO.

Hadn't realized there was a new A Place to Bury Strangers release a few months ago. Just got it and have been enjoying it a little the past few days.

Would love to see them again, but the closest they're coming to me later this year is a two hour drive, on a Thursday, and I'm already out of days off work except for a couple I need for the Christmas holidays. I think I've hit an age where that's not going to happen. Would do it if it was local, though.

Pic from the last time I saw them...

I wasn't going to take any pics, but then the band walked through the crowd over to the sound guy, then wheeled a cart to the middle of the crowd, plugged in the guitar & amp, pulled out a sequencer, (there was already a mic bolted to the cart) and scattered lasers at everyone's feet, then finished the remainder of their set right where we had been standing. Great show and a cool way to engage fans.

Ha, that's amazing, I had the same thing happen the only time I saw them here in the UK! Probably the same tour. I actually went to see the support band (September Girls) so I was stood near the back of the room for APTBS's set, only for them to pop up right in front of me for the encore  :eusa_clap:

Didn't know they had new music out, I'll have to check that out.

I love the good, old Escape from the Police Station from the first Terminator. This remix really does it justice!
