The one on the far left on the first picture looks like it has a handbag :p
Good work, at any rate :)

Is it me or have the Eldar come to influence the Sigmarines? That archer dude as well as the dude on his kitty really have Eldar vibes.
Now go! Ride towards the sun atop these noble steeds
You're our spandex heroes, now fullfil your destinies
And so we turned and rode beyond the castle walls
with shiny codpiece armour that doth cradle our chivalrous balls

Bahaha! It does look like a handbag!

I'm not sure where you see Eldar appearances except for the crests. Though the two you mentioned are supposed to be faster than the other ones so sleeker armor would contribute to that image I suppose.

If the Stormcast look like anything then it's the fusion between Smough and Ornstein from dark souls, IMO.

Anyway, great work on those trees, Stealthknightsteg!

Haven't looked at this thread for a while but really like the work. The trees look great and the venator really crisp.
There are 40 different shades of black, so many fortresses and ways to attack.

So why you complaining!

The runes on the twirly scrolls look great! Is that molded on the model or freehand?

It's etched into the model (deeper lying instead of a raised area) ideal for the washes to flow in, a drama to paint around with the layer colors

Decided to kick the bucket and buy myself the Stormcast Eternals expansion set to bolster my units especially on the shooting stuff. It's an investment of 160 euro's but saves me about 42 when buying the stuff individually.

Updating my 2nd post in a bit

'Kick the bucket' means to die vince. I think you mean 'bite the bullet' to or 'grasp the nettle' meaning to commit to doing something.

I now started a blog as well to document all my activities, but mostly to cater for my fluff stories (they will come)
It can be found here:
https://wargamingbysks.wordpress.com

And also handy is the more fixed url it gives to my pictures, as FB has the tendancy to move pictures around once in a while. (hence all the updated posts that has pictures)

.....even if it is for the foul chaos dogs..

Great to hear about your blog as well! Can't wait for some fluff. :smile2:

Also, a bit off topic but I'd thought you'd like it, I found a small pdf on early Stormcast concepts in GW.

Thanks I like watching that concept art! But those jobs isn't anything for me :)

I put up some battle reports with some story going already, but still doing backlog work and posting those in the past (obviously you can do that with wordpress :) )
