Chef Otto Von Ramsey has joined the Army, His most favorite phrase is; "if you don't like it don't eat it!" or, as he more succinctly puts it "eat shit and die!"  His kitchen often looks like hell and that perhaps is why he serves everything blackened. But he gits everyone fed one way or another. By the way has anyone seen my cat lately?

I believe that the figure is from black scorpion figures, I think I bought it from FRP games. I am not sure because I have bought so many from all over.  I hope that I am correct, they make a number of very nice one of a kind pieces.  steveb

Yes, it's from Black Scorpion. They also have a figure that would look great as a mad prophet or standard bearer at the head of a unit of flagellants.
