Kings of War, anyone played it?

With GW starting to very clearly exceed my possible gaming budget, I've been looking elsewhere for mini's for my Empire and High Elves.  I found this of course led me to Mantic, who I will definitely be using to fill out my high elves (I actually prefer most of their elves over GW ones).  But, while I was over there I looked at their rule system.  It seemed very clear cut overall and seems like a solid system.

That said, does anyone on here have any first hand experience with the system?
