Sometimes when my wife drives around and I'm in the passenger seat I'll see a sign for a place and make up shit about the place like "Vienna, home of the whopper"
One time we were passing, I want to say Fairfax Va, and I said something along the lines of "Welcome to Fairfax, home of the Chilly dogs. They were a peewee hockey team that made it all the way to nations last year but lost in the semifinals. They had an awesome parade in their honor down main street." My wife asked me "really?" thinking it was a great piece of local trivia. To which I replied "nah." Made the whole thing up on the fly but then it got me thinking of how cool of a concept it was to have a hockey team called the "Chilly Dogs" and how its a crime that its not really a thing. I did find a chili dogs team but its not punny enough.
