The election will be held after turn 6 has ended. We are now on turn 4.
Turn 7 will be the election.
-
It's worth noting that the election is not the last turn of the campaign... Instead it is the end of the election.
It looks like that was the assumption so we thought it best to point that out... We'll elaborate when it's appropriate!
-
It had been mentioned previously that the election wasn't the ending point of the campaign, but still good to have confirmation, thanks!
-
I have a particular set of skills to make it your ending point, Games Poet........MWAHAHAHAHA (in heavy Kislev accent)
-
Speak up, I can't hear you, there's a huge jet engine airplane flying over head at the moment. :icon_lol:
-
I assume that after the election the map will expand and the current factions will be replaced with different ones?
-
More will be explained later on as certain aspects depend on what happens.
It's the events after the election though.
-
As the election will be over the current factions will all be broken up right? Will we get to see the faction forums strait away or will we have to wait for the campaign to actually end?
-
After!
You might all be saying mean things about each other!
-
:icon_lol: That would never happen, never. :icon_wink: :icon_lol:
-
Just to double check, this means that this is the last turn of the election. Right? With votes being cast on turn 7 but no army movement being done.
-
Yes, this is the last proper turn. Next week it will be voting time. After that: wait and see!
Ar-Ulric will declare a cease-fire, two weeks of fluff time (not real time!) before Midwinter's day. That allows all the electors to travel to Middenheim - and no, it is not possible to stop other people's electors from voting! Ar-Ulric will excommunicate anyone suspected doing so.
-
Well there goes my plan to lock several other candidates in my cellar. :icon_sad:
How will the voting turn go? Will it be a standard turn in length where we all engage in rapid diplomacy to try and win over votes, or will it be something else entirely? Likewise I assume that we will be getting a standard turn update with a tally at the end of this turn?

Yes.
As for the voting, wait and see!
