I genuinely do not believe that The Old World's model range and the upcoming Cities of Sigmar/Dawnbringer Crusade model range will be deliberately cross compatible. At best, it'll be like The Horus Heresy: you *can* use your 30k stuff in 40k, and sorta-kinda vice versa, but that's not the designer's intent.
you know you can just play 8th, right?
