I suppose it depends on the crowd,

shouting that angrily in a legislative assembly:  par for the course

laughingly commenting it in a church during a sermon:  will get you very, very, cold stares.

excitedly squealing it in the middle of a gay bar :... will get you, ummm...  "dance partners"

It's raining cats and dogs every day here, and I urgently need good weather as the workers cannot continue making the cellar waterproof without it. Water is running into the cellar in huge quantities, there is dirt everywhere in the house as we have two kids and two cats running around ... This whole cellar issue is giving me a hard time at the moment. If it stopped raining, we would be able to fix it within one week.

Here in sunny England we are moaning that we haven't had any rain for weeks - some places have had th eodd short deluge, but sunny Sussex - where I am hasn't had more than the odd few drops for weeks - having to water the garden, and the wife's tomatoes, every other night is seriously eating into my gaming room time ............

Worse for my brother as he was 1 when we got Rebel so he's grown up with the dog his entire life.

You know, the guy I know who you most remind me of, also had a dog named Rebel.

My place made the news last night and this morning in the papers for being flooded. Our complex driveway has a dip and then rise. The front gates were entirely covered in water and firemen had to rescue 10 wokers at a construction sight next door. Turns out the construction work had fucked all the drainage (we live at the bottom of a hill) so with the massive thunderstorm we got on wednesday everything just started piling up.

Took my dog for a walk in the evening and lost my favourite pair of flip-flops in the foot deep mud.

The washing machine in my compound has a fault in its drainage and I havent been able to open the lid because there was water in it. Untill i found that secret lid opener pin. Anyways. Clothes that have been soaking in water for 5 days doesnt smell well,...

Finally a plumber checked it out and fixed it. Seems like some small coins where blocking the machine's drainage....

So now my clothes are trying to dry... and all is well!
