1.  For basing glue ... I use Geek Gaming Scenics

2.  For snow ... I've used Army Painter and Gale Force 9, and have some All Game Terrain stuff that hasn't been tried yet.  Not sure any of those is particularly thrilling.  The first two have been tried on some hill terrain pieces, and after giving the terrain a darker brown and green spray paint coating followed by spraying Gamemaster "Snow & Tundra" paint.

3.  For sealing miniatures ... I generally don't.  That doesn't mean I won't, just currently I don't.
