Clicked on link, disappointed with lack of Finn & Jake.

However, awesome painting helps make up for that. Particularly the griffin & those undead Bretonnians!

Not overdone at all, you nailed it. There's a great tone that ties them all together and marks them as undead, but it's really cool that the more we look at the figures, the more of a "visual backstory" emerges.

The Black Knights of Bretonnia are awesome! I particularly like the aged&raged caparisons where some of the original heraldry is still visible. Reminds us of the splendid knights they once were.

These are the new plastic black knight/hex wraiths. I have removed the horse armour and added bretonnian bits.

Wow, quite the set of knights there!

I see chaos horses, Bretonian shields, Sigmarite shoulder pads, maybe upper bodies too, can't tell on the legs for sure maybe chaos.

The idea was simple, to paint the same mini in 3 different styles: retro, my basic table top and something more complex. Need to work on my photo skills and setup.

100% GW. These are foot chaos marauder heads with chaos space marine/space wolf/stromcast plumes. The wings for the captain and the paladin are made from some imperial guard eagle decoration.
