Besides all the rule changes ...

... last night Domingo German, the last pitcher of the NY Yankees current rotation, pitched a perfect game.  It was against the Oakland A's who have a line up with batting averages of .179, .232, .236, .235, .187, .200, .201, .198, .260.  Although regardless, it ended the 2nd longest drought (11 years) for having a perfect game in the major leagues, and only the 24th in history.
