Which is Your Favorite Loyalist 1st Founding Chapter Of Space Marines

And if you prefer a Successor Chapter, which one?

I like the Mentor Legion, although considering making a home brew Successor Chapter that will be supported by some Mentor Legion units.

I went with Ravenguard, but its a close thing. I'm also a big fan of White Scars and Space Wolves. BUT for my own stuff I far prefer Successor chapters. Not really any of the established or named ones though, but making your own!

Although the Deathwatch top all of them, but they're not really a successor chapter. More like a joint operation between all of them. One of the main reasons I like em!

Blood Angels - one of the first Warhammer sets I ever got was Death Company, though I don't really like how in recent times the red thirst flaw essentially became 40k vampires...

I always viewed the flaw as more of a metaphoric, insatiable thirst for bloodshed fuelled by revenge, descending into manic rage, not LITERALLY drinking blood...

I don't know whether this has come about and been explicitly defined in any of the novels and is therefore canon but it just doesn't quite sit right with me that they've all now got fangs!

Imperial Fists are a close second - I like their sturdy dependability whilst not being flashy, they just get on with it.

I like quite a few, but mostly Dorn and his sons. So Imperial Fist! I also really like the Salamanders, Ultramarines, and Space Wolves too. The Fists won because of Dorn from TTS. I love that man.

I went for Dark Angels, which is what the test I did online came up with. :p
