Grolsch the Ogre, he likes his drink I'm sure!

Any serious losses for the Skaven?

'Grolsch' was just the first thing that came to mind when I was thinking of a name. For some reason.

I think one of the skaven henchmen died. The sorcerer not only survived, but became immune to fear...

Still, that's only the second game the skaven player has lost. They have the most ridiculous warband list in the main book. Why are the henchmen so cheap and yet so much better than humans? Is it because of the low leadership, which hardly even matters? Six heroes, slings (the rulebook claims that slings are poor weapons, but they are better than bows), cheap and powerful henchmen, and they are allowed up to twenty warband members!

Sounds like you made clear who's boss from the very beginning.

Not so hard when most of the skaven fail to appear for the battle!

Are you playing with cav rules? I'm asking because of the Freelancer...

No one has used any cavalry yet, but I don't see why not. I was only thinking of the freelancer because he's the most expensive choice after the ogre, and since he's free...

I don't think he's that good rules-wise. Though he is at least speedy on his horse.

It's much easier to beat them when they aren't there!

the roadwarden on foot is a lot nicer than the warden on horse.

Who would ever want any mounted model with crossbows  :engel:

The roadwarden can move and shoot with his crossbow.

I have the dismounted versions too, naturally.

The highwayman is a great model, but his rules aren't that good. Plus he can't be hired by witch hunters anyway.

The roardwarden kicks ass, but the model is a little boring (compared to the other classic mordhim models like the frelance knight).

Highwayman is awesome but the rules are a little meh.  Who wants that bastard stealing all your stuff?

The freelancer is a good example of why Mordheim models are best.

The reiklander youngbloods are also amazing, but sadly, sadly, discontinued.

Oh, I have those...

Though I actually don't like the one with the sword. The Marienburg youngbloods are better.

The Middenheim ones are good, but it's a little disturbing that they have exactly the same face, even though one is female and one is male...
