Well I never would have guessed that model - how are you going to get the legs on the dragon's seat, or will he just stand on the chair, like a football hooligan barbarian?

I like the dragon -- it's inspiring me to paint my own dark elf dragon. Put it together awhile ago and it just sits on top of my display case, glaring angrily.

Actually I wasn't aware barbarians were wearing thongs. He looks a bit like some swedish rock-star. Which is good.. I gues.

The young KF, made his name with acts of insanhe bravery.

He once fought off a horde of 200 Chaos Marauders single handedly , atop his Dragon, whilst flying north of the border!

He spotted them out on his day off,  and engaged at will!

The dragon looks too small and slim for the heavy big rider.

lol , your right,

hehe

he's almost standing up to hit some1 with his runefang,

i'm sure the dragon must weigh at least 5 times KF, so i think it could take his weight in reality,

Plus. Its magic.

But yeah, the rider does look overbalanced there, but the painting is impeccable as usual.

Sorry, doesn't work for me.

The figure is not seated enough, the armour is too bland and I dislike the purple.

Excuse me for being brutally honest.

I think I have to agree with Soth on all 3 points on this Chumley  :|  The rider looks like he is surfing on the dragon nearly like the old wood elf eagle riders did and I think this is the main let down.

That looks like Theodore Bruckner from the FW range. He looks perched very high up there - I think the positioning is causing a lot of the problem. The saddle rises very high above the back of the dragon and it's positioned above the forearms which looks strange. If the saddle were slimmer and he were seated further forward it might look more natural. I think this is a problem with the dragon plastic kit as the rider on there also looks a bit weird.

Perhaps a higher throne-like back on the saddle might help to offset the height problem, if not?

Ok so, section sawed from neck of dragon, neck angled forward to allow more room, to mount KF lower down directly.

Armour highlighted further, and purple emblems changed to red.
