Hmmm, even with your painting, that is still a miniature that only a dedicated collector could love...

I like the Todbringer on chicken though, does that mean the seating on the DGs is pretty much the same as a horse? Lots of potential there then...

seating is a bit slim, had to cut some plastic slices out, and he's still not seated quite right,

gonna paint him now

should be 4 hour job speed paint whilst making work calls

Looking at the primed gryphs I hope you filled in those gaps on the legs and armour!

The paint job on the armour looks solid, but are you done with the gryph?  It looks pretty sloppy.  And I think you did it with your other demis, but there's so much you can do with that base since the model doesn't take up much room.  Boris' base looks so empty.

Negative comments aside, those are some crazy oop models, it's great to see how far gw has come in their sculpting.

Cheers

Peyton

Very nice work, I like the coloured armour, I think that's the way I will go with mine. And I quite like the understated base, rather than trying to cram stuff on as must be tempting.

Whose flowers do you use? I think I should add those to my growing list of basing options.

Man, this is miniature porn! Pure enjoyment but without the guilt :D

Chumley, what did you use to make the display base?

And Boris looks great on the DG.

Wow, Boris really fits well with that DG, it looks like he was made for it! I always find him a bit ott when on a horse but this looks really good. I've got a Boris lying around, he might get himself a new mount as well!

(note to self, first buy box of DG)
