Sorry - Not True:

It is true in the sense that what is known as the Von Zeppel tank does not have the main gun fitted.

Can anyone provide images of what is known as the ''deliverance Steam Tank''?

No, that is Sigmar's Hammer. If I am not mistaken, Deliverance has cannon and turret, but no Steam Gun - much like the Classic Steam Tank. But I could be wrong.

I found this on this very forum:

That thread is probably the best source.

A LONG time ago, GW had an interactive map on their website which named all twelve, and also outlined their key movements around the Empire.

I wish it still existed, because I'm not sure what to call one of my newly painted tanks...(in Hochland theme)

Using the other thread as referenced:

Conqueror - Cannon and Steam Gun (Standard)
Implacable - Mortar
Old Reliable - Volley Gun and Steam Gun
Sigmar's Hammer - No Cannon or Turret - used as a Ram
Deliverance - Extra Boiler (as a trailer)
Von Zeppel - Fighting Platform

Pride of Nuln - broken, irrepairable - on display at the Imperial Gunnery School in Nuln

Invincible
Lietdorf
Glory of Altdorf
Sigismund
Reiklander

3 of these 5 are also incapacitated. 1 of the 3 incapacitated ones was alledgely stolen by the Skaven and modified with Warpstone.
1 of the 5 has been modified to have 24 repeater handguns situated around its shell at all angles, and does not have a turret (I may have the name of this one at home somewhere).
Alledgely there is one that has been modified to have a Rocket Battery - however I don't think it is official.

It annoys me I cannot find more detail than this, considering the great interactive 'Travels of the Steam Tanks' GW once had on their website.

Sorry - Not True:

It is true in the sense that what is known as the Von Zeppel tank does not have the main gun fitted.

The original kit from GW was actually a box containing a standard artwork Conqueror in its sealed box - so it had the cannon and the wedge Henners mentioned - and the platform bits in a plastic bag.

I've got one of mine with a volley gun and the platform. So it's a Von Volley Zeppel

The WD 262 apparently contains information on the Deliverance.

How the heck did I manage to land 4 unreleased uncataloged Mordheim GW flagellants last night?!?!

I was expecting massive auction wars , and drank a bottle of red wine to calm the nerves, and ensure I bid higher than I could afford, lol

but I won all 4 , only one is documented , more info will follow soon !!

I bring you some pictures of Deliverance :::cheers:::

There is meant to be more info in White Dwarf 263

The interesting part is this can in theory be made by not spending a fortune. It's a basic steam tank with these small changes, The second boiler is the boiler from the steam tank on the  the chassis of an Empire Volley Gun. The main gun is a Mortar barrel. The steam turret is blocked off with what looks like the stopper from the Von Zeppel Kit. It also has the Master Engineer with Repeater Pistol instead.

Here is the description of how it was put together.

I hope to see you make one soon  :::cheers:::
