mate i had £1100 down

OMG, that is some serious cash you was willing to put down. I spotted them when they was at the £40-£70 mark, I do wonder what the legals are on re-casting these as the slotta's seemed to have no GW trademark.

I wonder if he was happy with the ending price? £20ish a figure is very very cheap.

This shows Chumley's dedication. Not the fact he had one thousand quid down on something, but that is desktop pic is the Nuln Spearman.

Have we established what he was bidding on?
Anyone got a link to the auction?

Apparently there were 11 of them and it wasn't the Battle Lord.

Unusually for me, I haven't been watching ebay for a few weeks now - maybe the medication is working.      :engel:

You gotta be on the right pills in the 21st century for sure!

Sorry I'm having too much fun winding you guys up by hiding the auction identity !

OK so we going to play guessing games ....................

11 of them
You got them for around £20 each
Seller probably expected more.

On those facts I would guess Mordheim figures - maybe Averlanders, as I know you already have Kislevites and Ostlanders.

 :engel:

Doesn't Rich know what they were - sounds like he was watching the same auction.

I have every human / empire style Mordheim model apart from the Kislev Witch and the Unreleased Jester..

Actually also the WItch Hunter unreleased warband, but they are potentially a myth also like the Nuln Spearman !

Its not my place to divulge, I assume Chumley will have a grand unavailing once they are painted.

But on a side note, I have never seen these models for sale before and they are a complete unit if that helps you looking  :-P

You not tempted to start the Chumley 40k unreleased models as well?

I would be very curious to know how he sourced all these, the three ups and resin masters must be very rare. Is he a relative to Mr Kirby?

I have identified your seller but can't figure out how to find his auctions that have ended  :eusa_wall:
he does have very cool stuff and that wizard just looks ace!

edit: I think I identified the models you bought! let me guess: they are all holding swords (strangly enough) and have hoods on?
