Owing to it being a duplicate model for me, I allowed a conversion to this engineer.

It looks like this fig has been painted mostly with washes, which saved you a lof of time , I guess. Not a bad idea

They are indeed the real deal. I obtained a full set a couple of years back before I got rid of them when I decided to concentrate on 1980s figures. There are a few part sets kicking around but very few full sets.
