I haven’t got or made many of these in the past months but its been good to see that Chris has continued to make and show them all in his Adventure time! thread.
In May the figure was a Sigmar steelhelm. Rather than a set figure we got to choose one from the box set which gave the opportunity to get a few extra bits for the bits box. I took the Battle Priest with both relic boxes, alternate heads and was given the transfer sheet.
At the time the shop was running a month long campaign over the defence of a town they had called Zennigan’s Harbour. The campaign was due to end the day after the MoM painting competition so I based my entry on this.

With an alternative just in case the wrong side won.

In June the figure was a Darkoath Marauder. This became my second version of Mrs V McGarry, the former Vena the Raven Haired. Just a subtle warning for Grandchildren everywhere not to interrupt Nanna while she’s knitting.

My original version of Vena came out of retirement, picked up her swords and travelled to Belgium to join one of warhammer-soth’s regiments many moons ago.

The July figure was a Kroot carnivore. This was built in November for a painting competition. I combined it with parts from the March figure of a Neurogaunt to make a genestealer cultist.

The November figure of a Hernkyn Yaegir had an outfit that looked suitable for a project that I might be involved in later in the year. The conversion is not quite how this figure may eventually turn out but he’s well on the way. With the dog from Torgillius the Chamberlain kit he’s become a tribute to one of Grandad’s favourite TV shows.
