Topic: Elector Count on Griffon question

I got the griffon from eBay, but noticed I couldn't place my elector count on it. Googling around it looks like he's on a saddle. Should there be a saddle in the set? There is no saddle, and there is not supposed to be one.  Any saddles are self-made additions.
