This Project is Amazing, so much cool stuff going on! Really love your Collection of Warrior Priests, all Empire armies need a solid chunk of religion - in particular if you follow Magnus the Pious!

Also, I just have to say that you Frederick von Tarnus model really made me think of Thoros of Myr. Awesome comversion, I look forward to seeing it painted!

The scale of this project is absolutely insane!

The town is incredible, the painting is great, I will follow this project to the end no doubt. Canīt wait until you start the Kislev part of the armies.

The only thing that would make it better IMO would be multi-bases (probably heresy to say on this forum  ::heretic::) and even more Kislev forces.

Keep up the great work  :biggriin:

Thank for all your comments guys.  :::cheers:::
That's what we are pretending to do: something never watched before in Warhammer and joining it as much as we can!

Illumini, I've been watching your blog about Kislev and it's inspirational. If you don't mind, I link it in our blog.
And sorry about it, but... what's IMO??

Ah! ok! And multibases I supose you consider fillers, isn't it? In this case, there will be fillers. On large units units like 60 spearmen or things like that fillers give more details and personality to the armies.

Wow, he looks really menacing, very impressive.

Multibases = several models on the same base. So a unit of 20 infantry on the same base for example. It does of course also lend itself to mini diaoramas / unit fillers  :-D

Great job on Kholek!

Like steveb I'd also appreciate a breakdown of the parts used.

Hey! thank you all! I like you like it!

Answering your questions, main body comes from two different models: Magmadroth from GW and Gran Demonio from Mom Miniatures. You can see both below.
But giant bits were specially important: for the head and for hands.
There is also some bits from other models: old skeleton shields, part a chariot of chaos structure, bits from chaos infantry, from ogres, from juggernauts, some parts of the armour are made from plasticard, and finally a lot of green stuff.

I am sorry Scrubber, but I've been very busy these two lasts weeks: marriage matters!!
Anyway, soon, all of you will see the large amount of minis Drakenhof (the other Empire general) is preparing to send to a mercenary painter.
On the other hand, I am currently preparing the Kislev army; but there is still some models to arrive (I bought them to other gamers). I wish next week all kislevite models will be ready to be painted.

And remember, you can also visit our blog, where you can find dozens of pics! ( http://thegatesofkislev.blogspot.com.es/ )

Thak you Von Ottenheim!

They are from Scibor, Scrubber.
You can also buy them without the rider (it's my case).
