I am not asking, how you made that dome. Looks great!

I was thinking the same thing 😸 incredibly unique and I get an organic feel for that.

More fantastic progress. Was there a date set for the game? I need to add it to my calendar if there is live streaming  :::cheers:::

Organic? Here, in Russia Kislev, we call this shape of dome an "onion dome". I am sure that's what you mean!  :-P

It was a headache finding this particular onion shape. I searched it on toys, on trim curtains, on door handle... nothing. Finally I decided to model it with a epoxy putty over a polistyrene ball.

Next time you need one, do ask me. We have tons of stuff like that for tourists here!  :smile2:

Ah, you're from Russia, Penguin? I'm sure you could find something suitable better than here, in Catalonia.
In fact, uor blog receives many visits from Russia!

That is GW Hobbit Lake-town house. Since the film version was heavilly inspired by slavic architecture, it works well for Kislev.
The scale is 25 mm though, but since my Kislev army is mostly based on Fireforge Russians, it works well.  :smile2:

For sure, this LotR house works perfectly with slavic style.  :eusa_clap:
Thank you Penguin.

Have you only picked up the hard plastics? I find the resin stuff from Fireforge is pretty on scale with GW metals. I've been trying to find time (and in this post photobucket era a place to host) some pics my Streletsi conversions from Fireforge Russian City Militia.

Well, it is in scale, sort of. I try to make my armies in one scale and don't even keep armies of various manufacturers close on the shelf. The only exception is the battlefield, of course.  :smile2:

Imgur is a good place to host pics, no?

Streltsi coversions? I would love to see that!  :smile2:
Have you tried  these guys? http://theassaultgroup.co.uk/product/moscow-streltzi-advancing-in-fur-hats/ I've been looking at them for some time now. But first I need to finish my Empire Secessionist army, Chaos Dwarf army and Dark elves army!  :-P

Iep, I didn't know them. Clearly, not bad for warhammer kislevite troops!

Some pics just to let you know I'm ot dead (yet)

My word, that is amazing!

I am also using several Tabletop World houses for my scenery, but looking at so many together, formed in streets? Awesome! Where's my card, I need to buy more!  :-P

Of course, not all buildings are mine. I'm not a rich man, precisely... But I managed to convince my friends using this awesome senery for the battle. And I'm very proud of it!  :biggriin:
