So i have built a 2000ish point empire army and have decided to branch out a bit. I just bought the restless dead box set to start VC, and decided for kicks to pick up the VC battlescrolls. What surprised me is that thet state that you are not required to take a "primary" army to use them but can in fact run an army completely made of battlescrolls. I am wondering if it is viable to run a three-battlescroll VC army, onne restless dead, and two cyrpt raiders (or whatever the name of the one with a necromancer). It would let me run a very small core (<15%) but would have the drawback of only haveing two level two necromancers. Other than that the only other issue i could see is a lack of lord level heroes. I would be able to run a complete hirde of graveguard, thar could march, a unit of black knights to chaff clear, and three blocks of core guys, and be supported by the special rules the garden of morr provides for half the army. Just wondering what other peeps thought.
