God the pictures are very unforgiving, you really can't see any of the clear gaps on the actual model in the 2nd picture. I can't work too fast, I do have a dissertation to write you know!  :closed-eyes:

Are you using it with giant rules? It'd be fitting and its about the right size.

It does kind of look like it would be appropriate as a giant. Rather than Yell and Brawl it could have the steam be released, thump with... is self explaintory. 'Eatbutt could easily be kick or something. It's jump up and down thats the concern, it doesn't look like it could get back up again when it falls over. Then pick up and....doesn't really work either. He can't eat them.

Anyway, I thought like the rest of your army you were gonna use some custom rules. Pretty sure everyone who plays you wont mind as long as you discuss it.

The boiler might be self enclosed by then. It's turning into a pain to get a goblin control point at the back, i'm considering moving the crewman to his shoulders. Plus i'd have to actually make an arm, no idea how to go about that.

Home rules might be best, i'd quite like to give it the oppertunity to explode anyway, seems appropriate.

Maybe whenever it takes a wound, roll a dice, on a 1 it explodes.

For every wound in total lost, +1 to roll?

Explosion is a Strength 5/6 large template?

I was thinking more along the lines of, at the beginning of each turn roll a D6, if it's a 1 then look at "summin's gone wrong boss".

1-2 = "Oh zog!"      Boom big template, strength 5 hits to anything nearby.
3-4 = "watz diz leava do?"      Stumbles d6 via scatter dice. Anything it hits takes D3 impact hits. Can't move.
5-6 = "Noez, dat'z da boila relize kontrol!"     Big template ontop of the Steampa, anything under it gets strength 3 hits. Can't move.

Having similar chart for attacks i.e giant style.

Yeah on a one it assplodes.

on a six it lets off a blast of steam and gets pushed forward or somesuch.

Well it's basically suffering from really really deadly animosity as it is. So it's not too much of a leap to make it better on a six. Not too hard to imagine a cackleing Goblin pilot throwing all the switches forward to make it go faster either. I don't think i'd be upset when it blows up either.

The body is finished and undercoated, i'm looking for ideas about colours of the head and such? Any takers?

Finished the bodywork on this monster. Thinking green mouth, red head and maybe checks for the hat piece.

Quick update, most of the goblins are painted now. (baring weapons and shoes.) The Steampa is getting blocked out colours.

Those horns are now on the to do list! With their hair on the back, I have no GS at the moment to repair them having quite a bit of Dwarf hair remaining. Which is exceptionally annoying for me.
