Very nice pictures with that battle report.
Did you just use the demi-griffon rules as written for the knights on Giant Wolves ? Which may have to get added to our Middenheim army. Presume those are GW Fenris wolves.

Yes, the "wolfgryphs" are my demigryphs. A number of people on these forums have done the same. The conversions are based on Thunderwolves.
