As so often, there are probably differences between the various editions. In WFRP2, there are three major orders within the Sigmarite Church:

- the Order of the Torch, running almost all of the temples and shrines across the Empire.
- the Order of the Silver Hammer, consisting of intinerant Warrior Priests
- the Order of the Anvil, specified as a monastic Order, studying and interpreting the word of Sigmar.

Thank you! I did not know that.

Or, to use some personal examples, my Sigmar it Priestesess are Katarina Friez and Paetricia Senatoriae... hence my user name.

Good names both, but I just have to ask - what do they have to do with "Caroline Wellwater"?

Nah nah nah nah, gois as in guys x33

Sorry, I was making a rather silly joke :-)

Not silly - just too sophisticated for this day and age. This truly is the Age of Sigmar...
It is not enough to have no ideas of your own; you must also be incapable of expressing them.

Grand Theogonist

Arch Lector

Lector

(Warrior) Priest

That is how I see the titles, a priest would simply be Priest, and to adress him one would say Priest then last name, same with the other titles, Lector then last name, and so on

Yup, you're right. Thanks for the clarification. :)

Now you have seen the error of your ways regarding the Sigmarite Church, perhaps you should do the same regarding the Catholic Church?  :engel:

No way, my ties to Sigmar are too strong. :biggriin:

Good effort tough. ;)

Not at all. You started a decent thread in this day and age of Sigmar too.

I agree with Warlord. We have so few threads about actual Warhammer Fantasy, that every one counts and this one is very good.
