So are the Kingdoms of Men (Empire) the whipping boys of Kings of War too? I've not seen an online battle report where they have won.   Perhaps I need to get TVI on the phone and write up a tactica for the KoM in KoW.  

I've been rebuilding my Empire army.  Many of my models have been damaged and I'm doing repairs.  Most of them are knights that need help, but a few state troops have literally lost their heads.

Kindoms of Men are not the most competitive of KoW armies. I've actually only see them win when playing two KoM armies against each other. 

League of Rhordia is another closer parallel to Warhammer Empire. At least if you have 8th ed models. They have monstrous cavalry and a very Steam Tank like thing. Plus lots of Halflings! The optimum mix for KoW Empire is probably KoM and Rhordia together, one as an ally to the other.
